Junearick Family Medical  & Transportation is glad to announce that we are now providing adult daycare services. These services are provided in our Booneville, Ms facility and our care coordinator for Field of Dreams Adult Daycare Care Center would like to come out and provide you with more information on how we can better assist you and your family. This is a service that is part of the Medicaid Wavier Program with the Division of Medicaid and I would like to take this time to extend an invitation to you all to come out and visit the facility and enjoy great company and health services.
